Product Manager – Medical Devices Sector
Main workplace location: Tovo di Sant’Agata (SO), Italy
We are looking for a motivated, proactive Product Manager with a strong analytical mindset to join the team dedicated to the development and management of the product portfolio in the medical devices sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating product-related activities and supporting commercial and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational and strategic management of the product portfolio, from market analysis to the product lifecycle.
- Collaboration with the Sales Management and Sales team to define and implement positioning strategies.
- Monitoring of the market, competitors, and trends in the medical devices industry.
- Support in the development of marketing materials and definition of launch plans.
- Collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data and product performance.
- Acting as an interface with customers, partners, and suppliers, both in Italy and abroad.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific, economic, or related fields.
A background oriented toward the biomedical sector or product marketing will be considered a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles within the medical devices sector.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and reliability.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and advanced data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
